If I could give 0 stars that's the rating I would give . I waited 2hours in emergency not to see a doctor after a motorcycle accident ...Another woman sitting with her husband holding a bandage over a laceration to her eyebrow had been there 3 hours and still not seen doctor ...2 triage nurses making out their working but not doing anything productive ....Will put in report to NSW health
Very friendly nurses and doctors thay are always Happy to explain procedures and possible outcomes no matter how many times you ask.
Last Friday being a triple by pass patient I became concerned about pain in my neck and arms. I attended Tamworth Base and received excellent care. Multiple tests were done and it was established in that I had not had a heart attack. Staff and Doctors were fantastic. Thanks to all.
I called to pay the bill which was sent to my house as I lost it so I dont know how to pay but a lady just said I pretty sure you cant pay and put the phone down without let me ask anything. Poor attitude.
