Amazing customer service from the owner, Steve. I had returned my vehicle, dropped the keys in the box at the desk and proceeded through security to board my flight. I realised that I had left my sunglasses in the car. I called Steve but he was off site as it was outside of the desk's operating hours. He advised me to leave my details and would mail the glasses to me. Ten minutes later I had just boarded the aircraft when Steve called to say that he was a few minutes away and would try to get them to me on the plane . Five minutes after that a member of the ground staff brought my sunglasses to me! Steve really went beyond the call of duty and went out of his way to help me out. These are prescription sunglasses and it would have been a real hassle to not have had them.I have no hesitation in recommending Thrifty at Tamworth Airport for your next rental requirement.
