Just hired a van off them full day hire got it back 1.5 hours late on sunday got charged another full day and insurance be very wary they will rip you off. There was no one there to take my keys i just use the after hours drop box anyway and the time was out of my control due to road works. Rang them up only to hear that its just an hr leeway and thats it and there sorry but i should complain and yes i will. Also next time it would also help to tell your customer the fuel release button dosnt work and you have to use the emergency release that would save half hour searching sorry guys you lost out there i have use for at least 6 more van hires non if which you will ever see my hard earned.

Worst customer service car rental I've been to. Apparently if your from overseas they don't like you :) wouldn't give me a car cos I had a overseas drivers license!!!!! Do not come here to rent a car if your traveling in australia
