I stayed here for business and found the units well appointed and spacious. Plenty of off street parking. Really nice food at the restaurant also. A little bit further put of the CBD than I would like but you can't have everything.
this was our first visit back after the renovation that was done about 2years ago and wow what a great change the rooms where nicely decorated and very comfortable, we had dinner and breakfast at monty's restaurant the food was amazing dinner prices are a little bit costly as the ingredients that are used are very high quality and sourced locally if possible. breakfast on the other hand was very reasonably priced and very filling and you don't even need to be staying there to use the restaurant.all the staff where great very friendly and helpful and made our visit very enjoyable
The room was beautifully presented and service was great. The pool and spa were the best I'd seen.
It's nicer for a country hotel. The restaurant is exorbitantly priced. The steaks are good though
We attended a wedding at the Powerhouse in the garden up behind the pool. The setting was beautiful and made for a great ceremony. In the Guy Kable room for the reception, the lighting was just right, table service was fantastic and the prices at the bar were reasonable. The food was amazing, couldn't fault it. I would definitely recommend the Powerhouse for a small wedding in Tamworth as a great location.
