Riviera Bar and Grill in Best Western inn Tamworth, is the must visit Gourmet destination for all gourmets! The restaurant itself is beautiful inside with brilliant ambience everywhere you look. I have never been disappointed with their outstanding menu crafted by Robert page and it gets keep on changed by every quarterly. The menu has the fresh homemade beetroot fettuccine pasta with smoky bacon and garlic chili and homemade Ravioli is scrumptious & unique.
Great customer service! We were upgraded from Queen to King sized room for $144. Rooms have been beautifully refurbished & very clean. Lovely pool area.
When we arrived we were met with a friendly hostess. She was lovely. The room was clean and comfortable. Things went south when we went to the dining room for breakfast. The lady serving us was abrupt and took our cutlery before we were finished and besides that the breakfast consisted of stale bread, dry cereals, store brought yoghurt and cold coffee ( I had to add warm water to the ready made filter coffee to warm it up) overall the breakfast was a huge let down and not worth it. It seemed like staff wanted to roll over to get out of the hotel it was the day before Christmas... still no excuse for bad service. Overall stay 6/10. Its probably one of the better hotels / motels in Tamworth, however we would probably pay a bit more next time for better service.
Best Western Sanctuary Inn had very attentive staff both at reception and restaurant. Food was good quality however we order a duck dish as a main which really needed additional sides.Room was clean and comfortable however outside traffic noise detracted from a restful night on the road.A little more attention to cleaning and maintenance in the common areas is required.We would stay there again if these issues were addressed
