I had taken my dog Mate to Piper Street Vet for 8 Years and in his time of need I was totally let down. My dog Mates spine had collapsed and he was parralised and in severe pain. I knew it was time to say goodbye. Ringing my vet to find they couldn't help and to busy to send anyone and virtually hung up on me. In my despair I rang Tamworth Veterinary Clinic. I wasn't even a client and they treated me so wonderfully. The girl on the desk arranged a on call vet and she arrived at my property within half an hour. Dr Clare FERRIS was the most caring and compassionate vet. She was so amazing. She treated my Mate with such kindness and made him comfortable so my boys and I could have our last goodbyes. She stood back and told us to take our time. Clare made, putting mate to sleep as nice as it could be. My boys and I will always have memories of this beautiful vet. In time when we heal and get another dog this is definitely the vet I will be going to. Thankyou again for helping me is my time of need. You were amazing!!
