Do not deal with this agency.My house was rented by this agency, and the 'manager' Graham Mills was managing my property.Rent was not paid for more than 2 months, I had to ring Graham, to ask what has happened, was told he was 'trying to get his hand around it', for 8 weeks??I said that all they have to do is call or email, as common courtesy, and I have still not received a callback.If this is how they treat a customer of 4 years, then why would anybody bother to sell a house or have them manage your property?Then of course, another thing to consider is, why such a high staff turnover?
