They failed to arrive on the organised day of removal and when they did arrive (a day late), they damaged the new floor in my house. They are difficult to deal with, unapologetic and I would definitely recommend you look elsewhere
Rang for quote for removal from storage unit to Coffs Harbour, office lady asked how many cubic meters in storage, said I was unsure but at a guess 35 cub Mtrs, her reply they would check with storage facility. Some days later I received a quote which I paid. On the day of Removal to Coffs, I was rung by owner of Peel Valley Removals demanding more money ($400.00) because I had under quoted the amount of goods for removal & he would not bring my goods to Coffs till I paid the outstanding amount, they also left some of my goods behind in the storage unit because they could not fit them on the furniture van. On enquiry to Storage facility, Peel Valley Removals had not made any enquiry on the cub mtr size in storage- so I had to pay the price.
Some of my wooden furniture was broken or damaged. Plastic boxes were broken. The more i unpack the more things i find damaged
