SHONKY DISHONEST BUSINESS!!!If you dont have an address in Tamworth then they require you to leave a $50 deposit. This is fair enough. However, some months later I received text message that I owed a late fee, I went into the store to pay the late fee and collect my $50. The manager informed me that the staff member that I had handed the $50 to had left a note on the computer saying that she forgot to collect it from me and that they would get it from me on a subsequent visit. I had since visited the store and had not been asked for the $50 dollars again. This is absolutely not true as I remember handing her the money. The manager then had the audacity to threaten me with a debt collection agency if I left without paying the later fee!I highly recommend you avoid this place and utilise one of the many movie rental kiosks around Tamworth, they are far cheaper, are conveniently located within every shopping centre, but most importantly, they are unable to steal from you!If you have to use to this place, then for your own sake, DO NOT PAY IN CASH!All in all, I suppose its half my fault as I did not frame the receipt when dealing with such a shonky business.PS. The manager refuses to give out the owners details (who apparently live in QLD) so its pretty much impossible to sort out a dispute should one arise.
