Could pick their Game up a Bit. I understand they are young workers but seriously getting my order wrong 8times out of 10 chicken was Hard and not very Fresh. Chips soggy drinks are never cold.
I dont know why it is, but EVERY SINGLE TIME i ask for "extra seasoning" on my chips, i get none..its as if they do it on purpose..it sounds petty, but who likes a plain old chip with no salt? Ive been to this store hundreds of times and they do it every time..not just once or twice, EVERY TIME! Not to mention, the staff are as rude as you can get.. teenagers that "ah i cant be bothered today and i just want to check my facebook to see if i got any likes on a picture of my nails", THATS WHAT ITS LIKE..its starting to seem like the management teaches them how to make it the worst experience possible for the customers.. like "yea just be a prik to em all, hold them up, stuff their order, the colonel sells itself we dont have to be nice"... anyone reading this review, i want you to take the "bridge street kfc test", go there and make an order and youll see what i mean.. GUARANTEED!
Bad experience had to repeat order 2 times they still got it wrong. Gave me a drumstick after asking for no drumstick gave us one drink less food was disgusting
