Hugely disappointing. I waited an hour past my appt time, then sat in the chair to hear "you've got a big forehead so you wont look like the pic" followed by multiple insults throughout the appt. At the end, I looked like Elvis or Ace Ventura..not quite the vintage look I was after! Then the hairdresser proceeded to tell me that the way she wanted to do my hair would've looked much better but "the customer knows best!" and snickered with another hairdresser about it Won't be back!
