I would recommend this dentist, I have had a great experience with them, they do a great job and the communication is excellent. I felt very welcome. Krysten always makes me feel comfortable when I walk in and explains everything she is doing.
Every time I go in for a clean and check up I am amazed at how genuinely friendly all of the staff are. Rebecca and Frank take the time to talk through things clearly to ensure the whole experience is a comfortable one. I rarely stop to write reviews, but I believe they deserve 5 stars - they'd be brilliant for those that are scared of the dentist.
So, I am pretty intimidated by dentists as a rule so I put off going until my tooth was really hurting. Rather than make me feel guilty, everyone was really sympathetic and understanding. They went through all my options and got me out of pain that day. I can't thank them enough -- I never thought I'd be happy with an experience at the dentist's.. I never wore recommendations online, but I felt obligated because the service stood out as extremely welcoming and thoughtful.
Passing through town and cracked a filling!! Not a hassle, they said theyd fit me in and I was one my way in no time. From the door to the chair everyone was friendly, accommodating and professional. Thank you very much.
